Gregg Rossman

Gregg Rossman is an accomplished litigator with over 29 years of trial experience. As an Assistant State Attorney, he has tried some of the most complicated and high profile cases in Broward County. Many of those cases have been featured in the local and national media. Gregg has been interviewed by ABC News on Good Morning America, CBS4 Miami, NBC6 Miami, WSVN7, WPLG10 Miami, and the Wall Street Journal, Sun-Sentinel and Miami Herald newspapers. Gregg has strong ties and connections in the law enforcement community. He is a second generation Miamian who has deep roots in the South Florida community.

Several local law enforcement agencies contract with Rossman Legal for Gregg’s expertise in the application of the law. Gregg provides training, case reviews and a multitude of other services to these agencies.

Michael F. Spano

Michael F. Spano practices law in a wide variety of financial and personal matters, most of which contribute to his Estate Planning expertise. He has practiced in the fields of Divorce, Bankruptcy, Elder Law, Asset Protection and Investment Management. Mike is also well versed in Business Regulation, Business Formation, and Contract Law. Mike worked for years as the Chief Compliance Officer for an Investment/Insurance Company ensuring all financial regulations were followed. In that role, he reviewed a broad array of contracts, rules, statutes and regulations. Mike can advise entrepreneurs on the best organization to utilize (LLC, Partnership, Inc.) and the best practices to be used to protect your business from liability. He is the former Vice President of the Collaborative Family Law Professionals of South Florida, an association comprised of Attorneys, Certified Public Accountants, Investment Advisors and mental health professional to assist divorcing couples through a comprehensive program of realigning their lives. Prior to Law school Mike spent several years as a computer analyst with a large software provider and an accountant in a well-known CPA firm in Miami.
